Welcome to Spring Reset!

As winter gives way to spring, many of us begin to notice a quiet shift: both in nature and within ourselves. The change in season often invites a moment to pause, reflect, and gently reset.

This session offers a calm space to step away from the pace of everyday life and check in with yourself. Through a simple guided reflection activity and a 15-minute meditation, we’ll explore what we may have been holding onto and reconnect with what feels meaningful as we move into the new season.

For this online session, please have:

• A pen
• A notebook or a few sheets of paper
• A comfortable, quiet space where you can pause and take part fully in the experience

No prior experience with reflection or meditation is needed.
